It was huge with great view, good enough for summer holidays. The room had an electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines and television plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

stayed in an incredibly comfortable and attractive room with a particularly good bathroom. exceptionally comfortable bed for sleeping.

There were 3 of us, we booked 3 singles rooms that were lovely, cozy, comfortable, the bed linen crisp white, the bed super comfy, nice TV, great kettle... The breakfast was really good, you are allocated a table which is great, the staff really helpful and sweet. 15 min stroll to the shops and town center. Excellent value for money. Will be returning for sure. Highly recommended.

We loved everything so no negative coments

WE were impressed by the relaxed atmosphere and the friendliness of the hotel and the willingness to please.

Room was clean and large enough. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful. Hot water was plentiful and the bathroom was reasonably new. Car parking was free and easily available. The newly decorated dining room was nicely finished.

The hotel was very tired and in need of complete renovation: the furniture in our room was stained and old, the sink was cracked, most of the public areas were not welcoming. Directly opposite the hotel is a derelict building and our hearts sank when we saw the entrance. We couldn't believe this hotel (a guesthouse really) was the same hotel as we'd read about! In our opinion the hotel is most suitable for elderly people on coach tours. It was a very disappointing experience. Shame...

The location was good for getting to & from the beaches, the staff were friendly

Walking in there were loads of Thank you cards hanging up which made us feel confident straight away. Staff were pleasant all round, always engaged the kids in conversation. The room had toys and books in for the kids. Breakfast was gorgeous and served promptly. Location was great, 5 minute walk to the cliff top and then a short walk into town, which the 3 year old managed numerous times. Well recommended and will be going back.

i did not enjoy my stay at the hotel the room was dirty and very badly kept and the female manager was rude i have emailed you and complained about the hotel asit renunied my stay and evening we did not take the offer of breakfast even though it was included as the state of the room put us off eating in there

Chipped toilet seat. hairs in bath. headboard not fixed to bed .chipped furniture. cleaniness not good .manager off hotel female when rung to complain was very rude unhelpful and did not care just told that it was a 2 star hotel and that what you get i think that this response is disgraceful

Very warm welcome and continued to be very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us as we really only want to spend time on the beach and it was only 5min walk.
